Do you travel?
Absolutely! Anything over an hour from Goodyear, Arizona, will require additional travel costs. Are you in another state? Country? Let's do it! We work together and if I'm able to book more sessions at your location travel/lodging fees are able to be split. Or go all in on your story and I will work with you to create a travel invoice that fits your budget. Where the story goes, I go!
How does your process work?
When you are ready to tell your story, reach out and we will meet up (this can be zoom, a phone call, local coffee shop, you name it)! After meeting we stay in communication and work together on all the small details you may be thinking of. I provide you a session guide tailored to you and/or your family (how to prepare, styling, etc.). The session happens, I make some magic on my end, and you have your images!
Do I come to your office to meet or somewhere else?
Whatever you’d like! We will meet before and it can be anywhere! I'm a sucker for a local cafe with fun themed drinks.
Can I print my photos anywhere?
I partner with a professional printing lab to give you the highest quality possible which is built into your online gallery. You may print elsewhere but I cannot guarantee the quality of the prints if you do.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I provide online contracts that include payment plans. You are worth investing in.
If I am on a payment plan, when do I get to see my images?
Your payment plan must be paid in full in order to access your online gallery. If we meet before your payment plan is complete, sneak peeks may be shared, but not all photos. We will not meet for our session until at least 75% of your payment plan is complete.
Do you require a retainer?
Yes. Your session is not confirmed until a retainer is collected. A minimum of $200 is due at time of booking. The rest is either due 24 hours before our session or based on your payment plan. Your retainer is nonrefundable. It can be used for a future session (not for print credit). The retainer secures that I do not book anyone on your date and have set aside time to hand edit your photos.
What is your cancellation policy?
72 hours notice is required for cancellation. If you need to reschedule that is totally fine, just let me know!
What do we do for 8 hours?!
It sounds long, but I promise, it'll be so worth it. This session tells your story so that in years to come, you have in your hands a day of your life. I will not be in your face, and instead be like an old friend visiting that you can pull out a book and read next to without forcing conversation. The outcome is absolute magic.
What should we wear?
Whatever you want! I recommend avoiding neon colors, words on clothing, and character clothes (ex. Sesame Street t-shirt). By doing this you give your photos a timeless feel. But, if your toddler will only wear Paw Patrol crocs, I get it. Once you have booked I provide a style guide specific to your family and am there every step of the way to help.
